CULTIVATION AREA

Implementing a strategy of investing in producing integrated/circular agriculture based on organic principles with large scale and industrial characteristics on an area of 84,000 hectares across three countries: Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. Specifically, in Vietnam, over 10,000 hectares; in Cambodia (Ratanakiri and Kratie provinces), nearly 44,000 hectares; and in Laos (Attapeu and Sekong provinces), more than 27,000 hectares.

LAOS

Since 2021, THACO has invested in agriculture in Laos, with THACO AGRI managing and supporting the operations of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agricultural Joint Stock Company (HAGL Agrico) across a total land area of over 27,000 hectares. The land is zoned for banana and pineapple monoculture production; cattle farming combined with mango and pomelo cultivation; goat, freshwater fish and swiftlet farming. The production activities also include the production of organic fertilizers and agricultural supplies. Production management follows an integrated and circular model with industrial characteristics at the Complex.

VIETNAM

THACO AGRI invests in agricultural production in Cambodia across a total area of over 35,000 hectares, establishing two complexes for large-scale, integrated and circular agricultural production with industrial characteristics in Kratie and Ratanakiri provinces. Concurrently, THACO AGRI participates in the management and supports the operations of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agricultural Joint Stock Company (HAGL Agrico) on an area of over 8,000 hectares. THACO AGRI has introduced a distinctive model for agricultural production at the complexes which are zoned for banana and pineapple monoculture production; cattle farming integrated with mango, pomelo, and durian cultivation; freshwater fish and swiftlet farming. The production activities also include fruit processing, animal feed, organic fertilizer, fiber, packaging, and plastic materials. The main output consists of organic-based agricultural products (fresh and processed) for supplying to export markets with high productivity and quality.

CAMBODIA

THACO AGRI invests in agricultural production in Vietnam across a total area of over 10,000 hectares. In the Central Highlands, a complex is established for large-scale, integrated and circular agricultural production with industrial characteristics. This complex is zoned for cattle farming integrated with fruit trees cultivation, as well as durian monoculture production. It also includes swiftlet  farming and the production of fruit processing, animal feed and organic fertilizer. The main output consists of organic-based agricultural products (fresh and processed) for supplying to export markets with high productivity and quality. Additionally, THACO AGRI invests in high-tech swine farming projects for breeding swine and market hog in Phu Cat district (Binh Dinh province), Tri Ton district, and Tinh Bien district (An Giang province), along with animal feed production in Long An province.
