THACO AGRI seeks young talent at job fairs
Participating in a series of job fairs at different universities, THACO AGRI had the opportunity to approach, provide career counseling, and recruit students suitable for its development criteria in Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.
On May 17, at Quy Nhon University, the program attracted nearly 2,000 students and alumni to participate. THACO AGRI representatives introduced the Group's history, recruitment needs, and provided career counseling for students. To date, THACO AGRI has recruited 57 students from the university to work at its Gia Lai Head Office, Ia Puch, THAGRI Binh Dinh, Ea H'Leo Cattle Farms, HAGL Agrico (Laos), and Koun Mom (Cambodia) complexes.
Later on May 24, at the University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University, THACO AGRI HR Department and THACO College representatives participated in different activities at the job fair, including: a talk show themed "Career opportunities at THACO AGRI" which attracted many, a conference between the university and businesses, and recruitment booths, enabling students to learn about work criteria. To date, THACO AGRI has recruited 106 students from the university to work at its units.
