THACO AGRI promotes partnership in training and recruitment
Recently, THACO AGRI has cooperated with different Vietnamese and foreign universities to recruit talent for its agricultural complexes.
Koun Mom Complex accepts 29 students from the Royal University of Agriculture (Cambodia)
The school alumni currently hold veterinary, breeding, disease prevention and herd management positions at THACO AGRI's Breeding Cattle Enterprise. Most staff graduated from animal husbandry and veterinary programs, meeting recruitment criteria and local human resource development strategy of THACO AGRI. Of these, 2 are in the pipeline to develop to farm managers.

After nearly a year of working, Mr. Ung Pichsovann, a Veterinary Specialist of the Breeding Cattle Enterprise, said: "I am very happy to have a job suitable for my major right after graduating in a modern and professional environment like Koun Mom complex. We are provided with free housing, a worker kitchen with three free meals a day, a convenience store, a medical room, and a sports area."
Previously, THACO AGRI representatives worked with the Royal University of Agriculture to strengthen training and recruitment initiatives. The two sides also agreed on important contents, such as accepting interns, coordinating practical training, and creating working conditions after graduation.

Ia Puch Cattle Enterprise accepts 29 interns
On July 1, Ia Puch Cattle Enterprise received 29 students majoring in Animal Husbandry from the College of Agriculture - Can Tho University for internship.
During the internship, students will directly participate in caring for and managing cattle herds, breeding techniques, disease prevention, and modern farm management processes. The enterprise's technical staff will serve as mentors to help students consolidate their knowledge and practice their skills.
HAGL Agrico Laos Complex strengthens ties with educational institutions
In fulfilling sustainable development and expansion of agricultural production strategy, HAGL Agrico Laos complex strengthens its relationship with domestic and foreign educational institutions to train and recruit agricultural engineers. It has promoted cooperation with many universities, colleges and vocational schools in Vietnam and Laos such as Phu Xuan University, Champasak University, Sekong Province Vocational Technical School. Through signed programs, the complex receives interns, then lets them participate in practical work on projects, and organizes recruitment and career orientation seminars. These activities pose great opportunities for students to have early access to a modern and professional working environment.
At the Kon Tum College's Job Fair 2025 with more than 1,400 students participating, the complex representatives shared about the "learning by doing" model and the opportunity to intern and work in Laos after graduation. On this occasion, it also granted scholarships for 10 interns who wish to return to work in Laos after graduation.

Mr. Huynh Van Danh, the complex's HR Vice Director, said: "We will continue to expand cooperation with educational institutions, support students throughout the training process, from scholarships, living conditions to career orientation, opening up new job opportunities for young employees."

The complex currently has about 7,100 employees. It is expected that by the end of 2025, it will recruit an additional 3,000 employees to meet production expansion plans and improve operational efficiency. Recruitment information is widely communicated, direct interviews are organized locally, and coordination with job placement centers and vocational training facilities is also conducted.

The complex is also building more compensation and benefit policies to attract human resources, including salary and benefits, living conditions, learning and career development opportunities at the workplace. This is an important factor helping it attract and retain quality human resources.
Ea H'Leo Cattle Enterprise implements diverse recruitment forms
Faced with the need to expand production scale and improve operational efficiency, Ea H'Leo Cattle Enterprise is implementing diverse recruitment methods to attract suitable human resources.
Ea H'Leo Cattle Enterprise is using online recruitment channels such as Facebook, Zalo, job search groups to reach labor sources. At the same time, it also promotes direct recruitment activities locally in Dak Lak, and focuses on neighboring areas such as Ia Bia, Jajol, Ja Brel, Kenh Mek villages in Gia Lai province.
