ABOUT THACO AGRI
Truong Hai Agricultural Joint Stock Company (THACO AGRI) was established in 2019 as a member company of THACO, operating in agricultural production and business, with an initial charter capital of VND 17.2 trillion.
THACO AGRI implements a strategy of large-scale, integrated and circular agricultural production built on organic, industrialized and digitalized foundations across a total area of 95,000 hectares in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.
In addition to developing its production and business activities, THACO AGRI places strong emphasis on social welfare, creating a stable and humane working environment for employees by fully implementing statutory benefits and policies in accordance with the regulations of the host countries. The Company also regularly organizes training and professional development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of its employees.
THACO AGRI provides free residential facilities, employee gardens and communal dining facilities; ensures stable access to electricity, clean water and internet infrastructure; and provides medical rooms and convenience stores to meet employees’ essential needs. With large-scale, comprehensive and modern investments, THACO AGRI exports high-quality fresh and processed agricultural products of organic origin, with stable production volumes and compliance with international standards such as GLOBALG.A.P. In the near term, THACO AGRI focuses on exporting fresh fruits to major consumer markets in the region such as China and Japan, while aiming to expand into South Korea, Russia, the Middle East and Central Asia.
THACO AGRI continues to participate in the global fruit and food value chains through strategic partnerships with leading companies in high-tech agriculture that have distribution networks across multiple countries. At the same time, THACO AGRI is expanding its domestic distribution network, progressively establishing product standards and developing its own distribution channels.
