THILOGI delivered imported cows for Vinamilk
On March 21, 2021, THILOGI received and transported more than 800 imported cows of Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk) from PTSC Dung Quat port to farms at Mo Duc – Quang Ngai safely and quickly within 14 hours since it landed.
The above cows, including calves and pregnant cows were transported by international specialized vessel Bison Express from Olympia port, landed at PTSC Dung Quat port then delivered to Mo Duc by 28 specialized trailer-trucks of THILOGI. The truck fleet were disinfected before receiption; each truck carried 35 calves or 25 pregnant cows.
The driver were well-equipped with the speciality, process, caring techniques, inspection,… to ensure cattle’s health and quality. Especially, pregnant cows were transported by truck equipped non-slip floor, shock absorber and appropriate speed to assure safety.
Partner said: Vinamilk chose THILOGI to cooperate due to the belief in transportation capacity, especially the trailer truck and semi-trailer fleet which can satisfy the requirements of cattle transport. THILOGI also built up and applied suitable transportation standards and regulations with each type of cattle; the process was controlled on digitization basis which helped to update information quickly, accurately as well as make the transportation process safe and cost-saving. Vinamilk will continue coordinating with THILOGI to transport cows in the coming time.
Since September, 2020, THILOGI has deployed delivery service to serve breeding, including cattle and feed transportation. Up to now, THILOGI has delivered 16,000 cattles (including 7,000 breeding pigs, 9,000 imported cows) and 2,000 tonnes of animal feed for partner. In 2021, THILOGI plans to deliver 69,000 cows (including imported cows and cows for sales), more than 24,000 breeding pigs and 32,000 tonnes of animal feed for businesses.
