THACO AGRI organizes training course for internal lecturers and employees in Laos, Cambodia
On June, 2022, THACO College coordinated with complexes in Laos and Combodia (THACO AGRI) to organize teaching training course for internal lecturers and popularize knowledge about THACO’s culture and farming techniques for employees. Attending the traning course are managers of enterprises, specialized managers & deputy managers, technical executives,… who are well-equipped in teaching skills such as: lesson plan preparation, presentation skill in combination with body language when teaching,…
After the training course, THACO College will transfer lectures about THACO’s culture, 5S Method, Kaizen philosophy and other soft skills,… to lecturers in order to organize internal training for their junior manpower. That College also holds training course of THACO’s culture, vision, mission, developing strategy of THACO AGRI, farming, caring and harvesting techniques for new employees and those who moved from THACO to work at agriculture complexes. 
Especially, to ensure the accuracy, vividity and suitability for actual production of farming techniques lectures, lecturers from Agriculture & Forestry Dept of THACO College together with technical specialist of THACO AGRI had field trips, took photos and videos at Complex to serve the training in Laos and Combodia.
