THACO AGRI and Nong Lam University discuss about training cooperation
Attending this meeting were Ass. Prof. Huynh Thanh Tung - Acting principal, Ass. Prof. Nguyen Tat Toan – Vice principal and department’s leaders of Nong Lam University, HCMC. On the THACO AGRI’s side, there were attendances of Mr. Nguyen Hoang Phi – THACO AGRI’s vice general director and Ass. Prof. Duong Duy Dong – Director of Animal feed nutrition.
To prepare for the upcoming cooperation, both parties discussed and came up with some specific contents such as: THACO AGRI can use the facility of university branch for training; consider building school dormitory for students, specialist’s houses in Gia Lai branch. Besides, Nong Lam University’s students can visit, practice and conduct experiments for graduation project at THACO AGRI’s campus in Gia Lai, Cambodia and Laos. On the other hand, NLU’s lecturers will train and coach THACO AGRI’s cadres and workers for technique, cooperate to do science reseach and transfer technology to construct centre of research, cattle breed production and R&D centre in THACO AGRI.
Delegations of Ho Chi Minh City Nong Lam University had a visit to THACO AGRI’s Iapuch cow farms in Gia Lai before. They highly appreciated the breeding and develop scale in recent years.
Together with HCMC Nong Lam University – one of the leading education institution in Vietnam in the agro-forestry industry and the high qualified cadres and lecturers, THACO AGRI expects to open up an extensive opportunity to improve human resources quality in the future and concurrently strengthen research, development and innovation in production methods.
