THACO donated 1 billion dong for “One heart” fund

On March 5th, THACO sponsored 1 billion dong for “One heart” fund of Ho Chi Minh Tevelision (HTV) to purchase vaccine Covid-19, contributing to the repelling the pandemic of whole country.

According to Ministry of Health’s plan, Vietnam needs 150 million doses of vaccine to completely inject for citizen. However, due to the complicated pandemic situation and high import cost, in 2021, there are only 60 million doses of vaccine forecasted to be provided for Vietnam. Through “One heart” fund, HTV appealed to organizations, businesses and individuals for donating financial resources and transfering to Health sector to buy more vaccine Covid-19. Always upholding “Social responsibility” implement, THACO donated 1 billion dong.

Mr. Nguyen Mot – Communications director of THACO shared: In the past two years, Covid-19 pandemic has significantly impacted on our country’s enterprises and THACO is not the exception. Nevertheless, according to development policy of THACO, we always join hand with the Gorvernment under any circumstance. Thefore, after hearing the news from “One heart” fund of HCMC Television, we promptly got and supported the humane message: “Millions hearts – One heart - Vaccine over COVID-19”.

The cooperation with the Gorvernment of THACO in social activities such as “One heart” fund is contributing to the pandemic fight, social stability and economic development.

Since the beginning of 2021, THACO have done a lot of social activities such as donating 17 billions dong to prepare Tet for the poor, giving 30 house for Tra Leng citizens, which contributed to a warm Tet for the poor every passing spring.
