THACO AGRI's International Women's Day 2024: Happy - Healthy - United

To celebrate International Women's Day this year, THACO AGRI's various units hosted a range of engaging activities, creating a joyful atmosphere for their female employees.

At the Gia Lai Head Office, the celebration took a fun turn, women put their creativity to the test, designing hilarious looks for their male colleagues, creating unforgettable memories for everyone. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Trang from THACO AGRI Administrative Department shared: "Every International Women's Day, the company organizes exciting activities for us women. These programs, filled with fun games and laughter, provide a welcome opportunity to relax, bond, and solidify our sense of solidarity year after year."

Koun Mom Complex in Cambodia featured an art exhibition showcasing the cultural exchange between Vietnam and Cambodia. Additionally, employees enjoyed performances of songs that celebrated patriotism, love for life and work, and the beauty of women. This engaging program attracted a large number of female employees to participate. Ms. Sray Roth from the Complex's HR Department, champion of the contest excitedly shared: "I'm thrilled to be part of the program. It's a great opportunity to connect and learn from the amazing women I work with. A huge thank you to the Board of Directors for this initiative. I can't wait for future programs that foster engagement and collaboration!"

Snuol Complex (Cambodia) hosted a lively folk game competition. Over 100 employees from various departments and companies joined in the festivities, competing in tug-of-war, capture the flag, and blindfolded pot smashing. To honor all their female employees, the Complex also presented flowers and gifts to representative trainers and staff. Ms. Truong Thi Ngoc Oanh, a Planning Assistant shared: "Even though we're far from home, holidays like this become extra special. The Board of Directors always makes sure we create beautiful memories with fun activities and thoughtful gifts.”

HAGL AGRICO Laos Complex hosted a friendly competition of women's soccer and women's doubles badminton for over 70 female employees. Ms. Luu Thi Yen Nhi from Accounting - Finance Department, a badminton player shared: "HAGL AGRICO Laos Complex has given us a healthy and joyful atmosphere on International Women's Day by creating a fun and active program.”

Ia Puch Complex (Gia Lai) offered a vibrant flower arrangement competition. Thirty female employees showcased their creativity, resourcefulness, and elegance, creating stunning floral displays that embodied the spirit of the Complex's women.

Hoang Anh Dak Lak, THAGRICO Cao Nguyen Fruit Company, Pig Raising Corporation, and THAGRI subsidiaries in Binh Dinh (Livestock), An Giang (Livestock), and Long An (Feed) all joined with exciting programs, including seminars, flower presentations, gift exchanges, and celebratory parties, showering their female employees with appreciation.
