THACO AGRI receives 85 employees from THACO Chu Lai
Following the company’s directions, THACO AGRI has been building its workforce to meet business and management demands. Accordingly, on August 21 and 22, its head office and agricultural complexes welcomed 85 employees from THACO Chu Lai. Among those, 28 employees were transferred to Koun Mom complex, 18 to Snoul, 36 to HAGL AGRICO in Laos, and 3 to the Head Office.
The transferred employees will work in different departments at THACO AGRI, e.g. administration, planning and system management, mechanization and equipment, sales and logistics, banana and cattle farms.
Representing new employees from THACO Chu Lai, Mr. Tran Van Khuong, formerly the Deputy Foreman of the Welding Line at THACO Bus Plant, now working as the Mechanical - Electrical - Water Deputy Director at the LP3 Banana Farm, Koun Mom Complex shared, “With responsibility and dedication, we are ready to undertake new missions and make contributions to the development of the corporation, cultivating the THACO Chu Lai spirit at the new workplace. For us, this is a great opportunity for self-improvement and growth, as well as a way to enhance the competency of THACO AGRI and THACO’s workforce.”
