THACO AGRI ramps up recruitment efforts
THACO AGRI, the THACO's agricultural Sub-holding is actively seeking qualified candidates to fill key positions in support of its production and business expansion plans. Accordingly, on May 16 and 18, THACO AGRI participated in job fairs across Kon Tum province, job opportunities in Korea under the EPS program and IM JAPAN for interns returning Vietnam seminars in Gia Lai and the Job Fair 2024 in Quang Ngai.

The job fairs drew diverse crowds, including workers, youth union members, students, and graduating students. THACO AGRI showcased their company profile and specific job openings at the events, along with attractive compensation and benefit package, featuring competitive salaries, health insurance, and a commitment to professional and safe work environment. The corporation also provided career guidance to help attendees find suitable jobs and even awarded 10 scholarships worth VND20 million to deserving students at the University of Finance and Accounting.
THACO AGRI successfully filled several key positions, including 8 new graduates from the University of Finance and Accounting joining Koun Mom Complex, 2 workers from Gia Lai province starting at Andongmeas Cattle Farm, also at Koun Mom Complex, and 25 workers from Kon Tum province accepting roles at Cao Nguyen Fruit Company.
As THACO AGRI expands across Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia, their need for high-quality talent is growing. Job fairs like these are a key way for the company to tap into a wider pool of qualified candidates, ensuring they have the workforce needed to support their development goals.
