THACO AGRI organizes beginners’ vocational course for workers in Kon Tum province
Aiming to develop the production workforce at the complexes in Cambodia and Laos, the THACO AGRI HR Department cooperated with the Center for Vocational Education under Unit of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Ngoc Hoi district, Kon Tum province to organize a beginners’ vocational course for local workers.
From the beginning of the second quarter, in the districts of Kon Tum province, nearly 80 workers, mainly ethnic people, have been trained in 5 classes, each of which lasts nearly 3 months and focuses on cultivation and livestock farming techniques. After the course, workers will receive completion certificates and are sent to work at the complexes by the THACO AGRI HR Department.
