Mixed emotions at Sports Festival 2023
After a week of competition, on September 2, the men's football and men's volleyball finals officially marked the end of the Sports Festival at Snoul complex, leaving lasting unforgettable impressions.
Every sweat drop, every effort along with passion and enthusiasm on the field has paid off. Under the pressure of the competitors, the team at times seemed tired, but with a strong sense of unity, the ER1 Banana Factory Team finally became this year's football champion.
With the glorious victory, Mr. Mai Xuan Thanh, Industrial Production Vice Director of ER1 Banana farm won the Best Goalkeeper title. He said with excitement, "It is my pleasure to win the Best Goalkeeper award among other outstanding individuals. The event has left me with so many memories, and I hope we can join the sports festival every year, and more people will join the event as well, so that we can play sports and improve our health, and become more flexible in our jobs."
Under the cheers and applause from the crowds, in each tug-of-war game, every team member used all their strength and skills together with teammates, bringing laughs and wonderful moments to everyone.
The Sports Festival ended successfully with different emotions. At the closing ceremony, Mr. Le Thanh Hoang, Snuol Complex President praised the sportsmanship of all players. According to the complex leader, the festival is an annual activity which will be organized for all employees at the complex, acting as a source of motivation and encouragement for everyone to complete the year targets.
