THACO AGRI hosts conference to outline 2025 Investment, Business, and Management plans
On January 16, in Gia Lai Province, THACO AGRI held a conference to announce its 2025 investment, business, and management plans.
The conference was attended by Mr. Tran Ba Duong, THACO Chairman, Mr. Tran Bao Son, THACO AGRI President, THACO and THACO AGRI leadership, and nearly 240 leaders of complexes and subsidiaries, leaders and staff from THACO AGRI, HAGL Agrico, THADICO, and THILOGI working at the Gia Lai Office.
2025 marks the third year of THACO's multi-industry strategy and five-year plan (2023-2027), a significant year for THACO AGRI. To date, THACO AGRI has applied effective models and methods for crop and livestock production, along with suitable management practices. This year, THACO AGRI will continue to expand banana and fruit tree plantations and increase cattle heads. Its 2025 results will lay a crucial foundation for sustainable development in the coming years, contributing to the mission of "Enhance Vietnam's Agriculture Sector."
At the conference, Mr. Tran Bao Son, the THACO AGRI President, presented the strategy and plans for investment, business, and management for 2025 through 2027.
In his directive speech, THACO Chairman Tran Ba Duong emphasized that the 2025 scale of operations will be 2-3 times fold compared to the previous year, which requires careful, serious, and standard-compliant execution. All tasks must be controlled and detailed. 2025 will be the year to validate the success of the integrated, circular production strategy.
He added, THACO AGRI needed to seek and nurture suitable talent to develop its workforce. It is essential that each employee has enthusiasm, loyalty, honesty, the creative, technical, and disciplined spirit of industrial workers along with the diligence and dedication of agricultural workers.
Chairman Tran Ba Duong shared: "To create true value, we must equip ourselves with independent thinking and apply management methods suitable to the field. Most importantly, true value is only achieved by those who work genuinely and wholeheartedly for the common good." He also stressed the importance of methodical and standardized implementation in 2025 to create a solid foundation for the following years.
On this occasion, THACO AGRI's leadership recognized 18 teams and 27 individuals for their outstanding performance in 2024, giving them encouragement to keep on trying in the future.
