THACO AGRI fosters lasting relationship with 35 strategic suppliers
THACO AGRI recently worked with 35 strategic suppliers who have been collaborating with the company over the past year, including 20 livestock and 15 agricultural material suppliers.
During the meeting, THACO AGRI leaders clarified its large-scale organic agriculture strategy which upholds integrated complementary cultivation and livestock farming models, opening up opportunities for long-term cooperation across the agricultural landscape.
Mr. Nguyen Van Hoi, THACO AGRI's Sales and Logistics Director outlined their purchasing principles and requirements while gleaning insights into partners' supply capacities for the upcoming year.
Both sides openly acknowledged challenges and shortcomings from the current year, engaged in constructive dialogue, offering valuable solutions and insights, laying the groundwork for proactive planning for the year ahead. Finally, THACO AGRI and its suppliers emerged from the meeting with a clear roadmap for 2024. They secured price stability, streamlined payment terms, and optimized delivery solutions, all solidifying the contract principles for 2024, paving the way for an enduring partnership grounded in effectiveness and sustainability.
