To cultivate a high-quality workforce, THACO AGRI has forged partnerships with prestigious universities nationwide. These collaborations focus on training and recruitment initiatives, ensuring THACO AGRI is well-equipped to handle large-scale production and business operations.

Training agreement with Vinh Long University of Technical Education

At the 2024 Job Fair at Vinh Long University of Technical Education (VLUTE), THACO AGRI presented on its development goals, vision, and overall strategy. Additionally, they showcased available positions at the complex, along with details regarding compensation packages and the work environment. The presentation attracted a significant number of students, providing valuable insights into potential career opportunities at THACO AGRI.

THACO AGRI representatives are giving career advice to students of VLUTE

THACO AGRI previously established a training and recruitment partnership with VLUTE, creating a direct path for the university's students to enter the THACO AGRI workforce.

VLUTE boasts a rich history, with over 62 years of experience in providing multi-disciplinary and multi-level training programs. The university offers a comprehensive curriculum spanning technology, economics, and social sciences.

Cooperating with Tra Vinh University

At Tra Vinh University's Graduation Ceremony and Job Fair 2024, THACO AGRI awarded 10 scholarships worth VND20 million each to Khmer students planning internships or employment at THACO AGRI's farms. Additionally, the corporation sponsored the university's Workshop on 'Application of Science and Technology in Sustainable Agricultural Development,' showcasing their support for innovative farming practices.

Tra Vinh University has approximately 70% of its students identifying as Khmer. The university offers programs directly relevant to THACO AGRI's needs, including agriculture, fisheries, Cambodian language, and basic sciences.

Building on its partnership with Tra Vinh University in 2023, THACO AGRI successfully recruited 19 engineers and bachelors for positions across its Vietnamese, Laotian, and Cambodian facilities. The company welcomed 9 animal husbandry and veterinary medicine majors, alongside 3 Cambodian language majors who completed graduation internships at the Koun Mom and Snuol complexes.

THACO AGRI is currently seeking talented interns for its Cambodian complexes. The company offers internship opportunities in Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Practice (3 positions at the Koun Mom Complex), Biotechnology (21 positions), and Crop Science (4 positions).
