Tbong Khmum Provincial Department of Labor and Vocational Training visits Snuol Complex
A delegation from Cambodia's Tbong Khmum Provincial Department of Labor and Vocational Training, led by Director Mr. Um Veasna, visited and conducted business at Snuol Complex on June 24.
During the meeting, complex representatives presented details about Snuol's large-scale agricultural project and explored potential collaboration with the delegation regarding future labor recruitment efforts in Tbong Khmum province.
Snuol Complex is seeking nearly 4,000 new team members in 2024, including both skilled and unskilled labor. The complex offers a professional and safe work environment, along with attractive benefits packages to its employees.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Um Veasna, Director of the Department of Labor and Vocational Training of Tbong Khmum province highly appreciated the scale of production and business activities of the complex. He said: "We're committed to collaborating with Snuol Complex to connect qualified candidates with available positions. In the near future, we will be launching a comprehensive recruitment campaign across Tbong Khmum province, including villages, communes, and districts. Additionally, we plan to work with vocational schools in the province to provide internship and job placement opportunities for students at your complex."
The delegation also visited the banana packaging line at the BP1.B Factory, the cattle enterprise, and the employee housing area to get a firsthand look at Snuol Complex's operations and its commitment to employee well-being.

Driven by its commitment to project expansion and business growth, Snuol Complex is actively recruiting talent across neighboring provinces. This initiative, alongside expanded partnerships with training institutions, aims to address the complex's labor needs while fostering positive social development for local communities.
