Sunday Love for Cambodian workers' children
The Koun Mom Complex staff spread joy with a series of heartwarming activities they organized for 70 children of Cambodian workers.

The activities kicked off at DP2 Enterprise, where employee barbers volunteered their skills for a "Hair Cutting and Nail Clipping" session. Each meticulous cut and gentle touch transformed the children's appearances, leaving them with bright smiles and a newfound confidence, empowering them for learning and play.

Funded by staff donations, the "Weekend Porridge Pot" program nourishes children with delicious and healthy meals. The program fosters a sense of community by encouraging interaction, friendships, and the sharing of stories. The staff also distributed essentials like candy, milk, and soap, while teaching the kids proper hand washing techniques.

Ms. Lam Lam, an HR Specialist of DP3 Factory shared: "Seeing these children laughing and enjoying a good meal reminds me that happiness often lies in the simplest things."

Thoeun Davy, a first-grade student at DP2 Factory was very excited: "They cut my hair, gave us candy, and even made yummy porridge. It was so much fun, and I'm really happy they care about us."

The initiative by Koun Mom Complex staff is carried out every Sunday. It fosters a strong sense of community, offering not just material support but also a positive and stable environment for the children. This, in turn, contributes to a more motivated workforce, ultimately benefiting the Complex's overall development.
