Snuol complex promotes recruitment outreach in Cambodian provinces
To serve its production and business expansion, the Snuol complex has set a target of recruiting more than 2,500 workers in the second half of 2024. To meet this goal, the complex is actively collaborating with Cambodian universities, local Labor & Vocational Training departments, and vocational training centers.
Last July, the complex's HR department collaborated with labor departments in Kratie and Tbong Khmum provinces to organize a job fair, attracting over 350 potential employees.

By promptly distributing recruitment information, this activity targeted local workers, especially those seeking stable jobs, career changes, or employment near their houses.

During the recruitment session, complex representatives provided in-depth information on THACO AGRI's business scale, job opportunities, hiring targets for both skilled and unskilled labor, as well as company policies, benefits, and salary structures.
