Snuol complex invests in RO water filtration systems for workers
To improve worker well-being and optimize their performance, Snuol Complex has implemented RO water filtration systems in all farm housing areas.

Accordingly, the complex is installing domestic and RO water filtration systems in its banana farms and factory housing areas. The domestic filtration systems are operational in the BP1B and BP1.4 factories, with completion imminent for BP1.5, BP1.6 farms, and the ERC banana factory. These systems can process 15 cubic meters of domestic water and 200 liters of drinking water per hour. Using advanced RO technology, the automated systems effectively remove most metals, ions, pathogens, microorganisms, and harmful contaminants from the water.

The system also incorporates UV lamps, ozone machines, and microbiological filters to prevent bacteria and water contamination during distribution. This approach guarantees that daily and drinking water meet quality standards. The complex also conducts regular system inspections, maintenance, and filter replacements.

Ms. Srey Nith, a kitchen staff at the complex happily said: “We feel a strong sense of security working at the complex that genuinely cares about employee health and welfare. My family and I are incredibly grateful for the access to clean water.”

Providing clean water sources will definitely improve workers' well-being, cultivating a secure and pleasant workplace atmosphere. This, in turn, encourages employee loyalty and long-term commitment to the complex.
