Snuol Complex celebrated the handover of 10 new homes to workers at BP1.B Factory on March 2.

In a ribbon-cutting ceremony, representatives of the Board of Directors joined factory residents to mark the official house handover. Workers received their keys and essential living items, along with an orientation session outlining the regulations for residing in the housing area.

At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hoang, Snuol Complex Director said: "Our commitment to employee well-being goes beyond just meeting business targets. By investing in spacious, well-equipped new buildings, we want to foster a work environment that empowers our team and provides peace of mind. This, in turn, helps us retain top talent and build a strong, motivated workforce for the long term.”

Happy to receive a new house, Mr. Sokheng Narith, a banana cutting worker shared: "I was pleasantly surprised by the company's commitment to worker well-being during this project. The new housing facilities are particularly impressive, offering spacious and clean living areas. Being among the first residents, I'm grateful for the opportunity to experience this firsthand. Thank you to the company's leadership for your thoughtfulness towards our well-being."

Snuol Complex is dedicated to providing a comprehensive living and working environment for its growing workforce of over 4,000 employees. Beyond jobs, the Complex has developed convenience stores to meet daily needs and has prioritized the construction of employee housing areas, enhancing both the material well-being and overall satisfaction of their workers.
