Mr. Le Soeurn: A shining example at Snuol Complex
In Cambodia, the land of sunshine and winds, Mr. Le Soeurn exemplifies dedication. He consistently tackles every task with tireless effort, inspiring his fellow workers with his commitment.
Task completion is the priority despite difficulties
Leveraging his 8 years of experience in mechanical construction, home installations, and electrical/water systems in Thailand, Mr. Le Soeurn returned to his hometown in Cambodia and joined the Snuol Complex.
Mr. Le Soeurn began his journey at the Snuol Complex as a construction worker specializing in irrigation mechanics. His eagerness to learn and fluency in Vietnamese were quickly recognized, leading to a promotion to team leader. In this new role, he effectively shared his knowledge and guided his team members to ensure successful completion of projects.
His skills in electrical systems and mechanical processing proved valuable, leading to his transfer to the electrical system operation role. He has a proven track record of success, having recently deployed and completed various tasks including: constructing medium voltage AC lines, lowering power transformers for pumping stations, and powering the 2C dam pumping station. Mr. Le Soeurn's dedication goes beyond his assigned duties. During times when the irrigation mechanical team was understaffed, he readily provided support. His unwavering work ethic, regardless of weather conditions, has earned him numerous compliments from supervisors and colleagues. Recognized as a highly skilled worker, Mr. Le Soeurn has been repeatedly selected as a model employee at the Snuol Complex.
"Earning superiors' trust fuels my drive to keep on delivering excellent results"
At the Snuol Complex, apart from work, Mr. Le Soeurn also receives benefits for his overall well-being, including housing assistance, access to clean drinking and household water, regular health checks with complimentary medication, and meals provided daily for both him and his wife.
He shared: "The challenges of operating the electrical system keep me engaged and motivated. What truly makes the difference is the supportive environment here at the Snuol Complex. My colleagues are always there to lend a hand, and I feel a strong sense of trust and appreciation from my superiors. This positive atmosphere fuels my drive to excel and consistently deliver excellent results on every assigned task."
As Mr. Soeurn's direct manager, Mr. Le Hoai Nam, an Electric System Operation Team Leader of the Complex's Electricity and Water Department commented: "Mr. Le Soeurn embodies the spirit of a dedicated and highly skilled worker. His energy and commitment shine through in the quality of his work. Having consistently exceeded expectations, Mr. Le Soeurn serves as a true role model for his colleagues at the Snuol Complex."
