Koun Mom Complex staffs awarded "Good Labor - Creative Labor" titles
On April 17, Koun Mom Complex celebrated outstanding achievements in the "Good Labor - Creative Labor" and "Improvement Initiative" movements for 2023 with an Award Ceremony.
The "Good Labor - Creative Labor" and "Improvement Initiative" movements, organized by THACO Trade Union in collaboration with Sub-holding unions, recognized 83 achievements after 6 months. This included 69 individuals and 14 teams. Koun Mom Complex, under THACO AGRI Trade Union, is particularly proud to have 2 individuals contribute to these achievements in 2023.
Mr. Nguyen Tan Phuong, Manager of the Mechanical & Machinery Workshop at Andong Meas, was recognized as an outstanding "Good Labor" achiever for his contributions in 2023. Phuong directly managed production activities, implemented repair initiatives that ensured smooth operations for large-scale livestock and crop farming at the complex. Additionally, he proposed valuable improvements to the Board of Directors, such as the construction of a bridge across the stream for enhanced transportation and the efficient utilization of assets in oil palm mills and thermal power plants.
In recognition of his outstanding contributions, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Toan, a staff member from the Mechanical Department at Andong Meas was awarded the "Improvement Initiative" award in 2023. He spearheaded 12 innovative projects within production units, including highly profitable initiatives like the development of grass clearing equipment, banana stump collection equipment, banana slicers for calf feed, and food mixers, collectively generating an estimated annual profit of VND 508 million and significantly contributing to the mechanization of livestock and crop farming practices across the complex.
Mr. Toan said: “I am proud to receive this award. It is a powerful motivator to push me further, innovate constantly, and deliver work of exceptional efficiency and practical value, ultimately contributing to the Group's growth.”
During the ceremony, Mr. Trinh Tuan Kien, the Standing Deputy Director of Koun Mom Complex acknowledged the Andong Meas Mechanical Department's contributions with praise, encouraging the staff for their continued training, skill development, and a spirit of innovation to meet THACO AGRI's evolving production and business needs.
