Koun Mom Complex gives training on Cambodian Tax Law
To improve skills and competency for staff, on June 17 and 18, THACO AGRI's Koun Mom Complex in Cambodia organized a course on Tax and Accounting Law for more than 20 finance and accounting employees from LumPhat, Andong Meas and Daunpenh, its three subsidiaries.
Being the instructor, Ms. Thach Thi Ngoc Trinh, the Tax Accounting Manager at Snuol Complex explained basic regulations about value-added tax, personal income tax, foreign contractor tax, corporate income tax, import and export tariffs. Her training also included how to use invoices, tax documents and declaration in real life lawfully to increase business efficiency and reduce risks.
According to Mr. Phan Ba Cuong, the Koun Mom Complex's Deputy Director, training and development has always received special attention from the company leadership. So is the case at Koun Mom or Snoul Complex. Here, the finance and accounting staff have been provided with opportunities to learn necessary knowledge to grow professionally as well as be capable to advise leaders effectively in solving problems related to production and business activities, finally flourishing into company future leaders.
After this class, employees were provided with useful information on Cambodian tax policies, which promises better law compliance in future production and business activities, contributing to the sustainable development of the company.
