(*) The Serepok River, known in Khmer as Tonlé Srepok, is an important tributary of the Mekong River. The river originates from the land of Dak Lak and Dak Nong provinces of Vietnam and flows through Ratanakiri and Stung Treng provinces of Cambodia. The river has a length of 315km (the part flowing in the territory of Vietnam is 125km). The Serepok River does not flow directly into the sea like other rivers, but it flows to the land of Cambodia, then down to the Southwest region, then blends into the great sea (People often call this river a reverse river).
