Ia Puch Complex staff receive internal trainer certificates
The certificate presentation was organized on May 30 by THACO College and the Ia Puch Complex leaders, recognizing the course completion for employees working at the agricultural complex.
In 2022, the Complex sent 29 senior employees to participate in the internal trainer training course organized by THACO College to provide them with training preparation and presentation skills to prepare future training for employees at the complex. The training course was taught by Mr. Phan Tiem, THACO College Director.
Participating in this course, learners were instructed to prepare lesson plans, learn the teaching methodologies and proper body language. It also gave additional knowledge and techniques related to cattle rearing, and topics about professional and soft skills. The training combined theoretical learning and hands-on practice. The participants were to complete an assessment test at the end of the course.
With the useful knowledge from the training course, the newly-developed internal lecturers will play an important role in building a strong workforce by giving training to others, delivering even better learning and development quality at the complex.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Phan Tiem noted, after the course, the complex will have a number of internal trainers to take charge of animal husbandry classes for the new recruits, while some others will be teaching the soft skills such as communication, presentation, teamwork. All teaching materials will be provided by THACO College.
