HAGL AGRICO Laos Complex hands over 48 houses to employees
The HAGL AGRICO Laos complex recently held a ceremony to hand over 48 houses to 288 employees, aiming to improve their quality of life and provide a stable working environment.

Spanning nearly 27,400 hectares and housing a workforce of over 5,100 people, the HAGL AGRICO Laos complex focuses on enhancing the quality of life for its employees. The construction and handover of housing clusters not only demonstrate the company's care but also help employees feel secure and develop in their roles.

In 2025, the complex plans to continue building more new houses at its subsidiaries to meet the increasing staff's housing needs. It also invests in modern and convenient infrastructure and organizes cultural and sports activities to create a comfortable living environment for employees.

Ms. Phommavong Thonglan, a medical specialist at HAGL AGRICO Laos complex, expressed: "The new house is not just a place to live but a meaningful gift that helps my family and me have a stable and happier life. This also strengthens my long-term commitment to the company. I hope the complex will continue to develop and offer more meaningful welfare policies for employees."
