HAGL AGRICO Laos Complex hands over 30 houses to 120 workers
HAGL AGRICO Laos Complex recently distributed 30 new houses to 120 employees at its BSA1.2 Banana Farm, fostering a work environment that promotes peace of mind and well-being for workers.
Spanning 27,000 hectares, HAGL AGRICO Laos Complex fosters a stable living environment for its over 5,000 workers. Recognizing the importance of comfortable housing, the complex goes beyond convenience stores by providing spacious housing areas, helping to create a sense of stability and community.
In June, HAGL AGRICO Laos Complex is expanding its housing program by distributing new houses at BSA1.3 and BSA1.4 Farms, benefitting over 200 workers. The complex offers residents a smooth transition by including guidance on housing regulations, living item arrangement, and the functions of each building within the housing area, such as the office, training room, collective kitchen, and shared living area.
