Cambodia's Kratie Provincial Deputy Governor visits Snuol Complex
Kratie province's Vice Governor, Mr. Phoem Phira, and a delegation from the Provincial Vocational Training Board visited Snuol Complex to learn about agricultural production and business operations.
At the meeting, Mr. Le Thanh Hoang, Director of Snuol Complex said: "Snuol Complex is seeking to fill 4,000 positions across various roles in 2024. We offer competitive benefits and compensation packages for our employees. By recruiting locally, we not only meet our workforce needs but also contribute to the economic development and stability of our community."
Following a tour of the BP1B banana factory, durian processing facility, and integrated cattle farm, the delegation met with Snuol Complex's Board of Directors to discuss investment models for agricultural projects in Snuol district. Mr. Phoem Phira, Vice Governor of Kratie province said: "Attracting qualified personnel is a global challenge. To address this, Snuol Complex has partnered with the Provincial Vocational Training Board to establish a pipeline of skilled workers. This initiative will involve collaboration with universities and neighboring provinces. In the future, vocational training students will gain practical experience through internships at the Complex, through which their skills can be evaluated before the transition into the workforce upon graduation."
To meet its significant hiring needs in 2024, Snuol Complex is ramping up efforts to connect and collaborate with local institutions. This includes improved communication strategies to attract high-quality candidates who align perfectly with THACO AGRI's recruitment criteria, creating job opportunities for graduates entering the workforce.
