Agricultural Production Technician Assistant (Work in Gia Lai)

- Supervise cultivation technique;

- Ensure that the teams carrying out cultivation on the farm comply with the standards and technical procedures that have been promulgated;

- Control fertilization and disease prevention;

- Supervise post-harvest preservation techniques;

- Ensure that the teams carrying out fruit harvesting, packaging, and preservation follow the standards and technical procedures that have been promulgated.

1. Qualification: College's Degree or higher in Agriculture, Biotechnology, Plant Protection, Crop science, Post-harvest preservation, and Food technology, ... or another related agricultural major.

2. Experience: At least 02 years of working experience in cultivating fruit trees (banana, mango, pineapple, grapefruit, durian, longan,...).

3. Age, health: From 24 to 32 years old, good health.

4. Working attitude:

- Positive, standard, responsibility, respect and compliance with the company’s governance system;

- Flexibility, change consciousness and to know how to manage change.

5. Skills:

- Knowing Khmer is an advantage;

- Passionate about agriculture, hardworking, and eager to learn.

6. Work requirements:

- Candidates with ability to travel on business trips for long periods of time in Cambodia/Laos.
