Project Financial Assistant (Work in Cambodia)

- Research and develop production and business plans of project, financial analysis model for project investment (FS) to serve long-term investment project strategy of the Board of Directors;

- Operational contact point, coordinating with departments to implement a feasibility study report for a project to serve the purpose of applying for investment project licenses as well as raise capital to finance projects at financial institutions;

- Analysis and valuation of the assets of a project to be pledged at financial institutions to optimize the disbursement plan for project financing;

- Provide support and guidance to units in the work of assessing financial project documents at local departments and agencies.

1. Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing,...

2. Experience:

- At least 03 years of working experience in a equivalent position;

- Knowledge of the fields of finance and banking, accounting and project investment; current relevant legal regulations; grasp the procedures for preparing a feasibility study report for a project.

3. Age and health: From 23 to 35 years old, good health…

4. Working attitude:

- Positive, standard, responsibility, respect and compliance with the company’s governance system;

- Flexibility, change consciousness and to know how to manage change.

5. Skills:

- Reading and understanding financial statements and financial management plans;

- Having the ability to develop business plans and long-term financial plans;

- Proficient in skills such as financial modeling in Excel, word processing in Word and presentations in Power Point;

- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in project planning, feasibility study reports, and/or CFA. ACCA certification, etc.

6. Work requirements:

- Candidates with ability to travel on business trips for long periods of time in Cambodia/Laos.
